With over 10 years of experience overseeing land and property projects across Canada, Sam has built a formidable base of skills, taking on new and challenging projects with vigor and passion. His expertise spans apartments, single-family homes, and multi-family townhomes.
Sam's educational background includes Real Estate Sales focused in Mortgage from the UBC Sauder School of Business, along with a Mortgage Brokers License. Through his work with Goldmann Consulting Inc., he has assisted developers with various residential projects, utilizing his extensive knowledge in business and real estate.
His approach is characterized by an unparalleled focus on creating value, building relationships, and making the right choices that add value to homeowners' everyday lives. Sam has successfully developed residential projects in BC and several acres of residential and commercial land in Saskatchewan.
